TECNOLUMEN ® has split into three companies ...

TECNOLUMEN ® has split into three companies, each of which now manufactures its own line of products:

All three companies work on their own and independently of one another. A similar look and joint appearances at trade fairs enhance the synergy effect. The reasons for the split are the following: the different forms of manufacture, the different distribution pathways, and advance planning of successor arrangements.

Thus far, all three companies are still located on the manufacturing campus at Lötzener Str. 2-4 in Bremen, although the several companies are spatially separated from one another. WS-Holding owns between 70% and 100% of the companies.
